Delivery, Cancellation, and Withdrawal Policy

At ADMIN HOME EXPERT SRL, we aim for complete transparency in our relationship with our customers. Below you will find all information regarding product delivery, order cancellation, and your legal right to withdraw from the contract.

1. Product Delivery

  • Delivery method: All products are properly packaged and delivered through partner rapid courier companies to the address you specify or to locker pick-up points (easybox).

  • Processing: Orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days of confirmation.

  • Delivery time: Actual delivery usually takes between 24 and 48 hours (business days) from the moment the package is handed over to the courier.

  • Shipping cost: This is automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page before payment is made.

2. Order Cancellation (Before shipping)

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@ovox.ro:

  • Unshipped order: The request is processed immediately, and any amounts paid online by bank card are fully refunded within 1-3 business days.

  • Already shipped order: If the package has already been handed over to the courier, cancellation is no longer possible before delivery, but you can apply the withdrawal procedure below.

3. Legal Right of Withdrawal from Contract (14-Day Return)

According to GEO no. 34/2014 (EU Consumer Rights Directive), you benefit from a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase contract, without having to justify the decision and without incurring costs other than return costs.

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal:

  • The 14-day period begins on the day you (or a third party indicated by you) take physical possession of the product.

  • The product must be returned in good condition, undamaged, without excessive signs of wear, and accompanied by its original accessories.

4. Return and Refund Procedure

  1. Notification: Send an unequivocal notification of your decision to withdraw by email to contact@ovox.ro, stating the order number and the IBAN account for reimbursement.

  2. Package shipment: Send the products via any rapid courier company (without cash on delivery) to our headquarters address:

  3. Shipping cost: According to the law, the direct cost of returning the products is fully borne by the buyer.

  4. Refund: We will refund all sums received as payment from you within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of the decision to withdraw (we may postpone reimbursement until the date of receipt of the products or until receipt of proof that you have sent them). For online card payments, the money will be refunded to the same card.
